  • Users must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction).

  • Accounts must comply with all platform policies.

  • Influencers must provide accurate payment and tax information.

  • Fake, automated, or duplicate accounts are prohibited.

  • Eligible influencers receive 80% of Net Revenue generated from their content.

  • Clawz and Pawz retains 20% of Net Revenue to cover platform operations, payment processing, moderation, and development costs.

  • “Net Revenue” means revenue remaining after refunds, chargebacks, payment processor fees, taxes, and other required deductions.

Influencers may earn revenue from:

  • Advertisements displayed alongside content.

  • Subscriber memberships.

  • Tips and gifts.

  • Sponsored content programs approved by Clawz and Pawz.

  • Other monetization features introduced by the platform.

  • Payments are issued monthly.

  • Minimum payout threshold: $50 (or another amount you choose).

  • Earnings below the threshold roll over to the next payment period.

  • Clawz and Pawz may delay payment while investigating fraud or policy violations.

Influencers may not:

  • Artificially inflate views, likes, followers, or engagement.

  • Use bots or automated systems.

  • Publish illegal, fraudulent, hateful, or harmful content.

  • Violate intellectual property rights.

  • Mislead users regarding sponsorships or endorsements.

  • Influencers retain ownership of content they create.

  • By posting, influencers grant Clawz and Pawz a non-exclusive license to host, display, distribute, and promote the content on the platform.

Clawz and Pawz may suspend or terminate accounts for:

  • Fraudulent activity.

  • Repeated policy violations.

  • Illegal content.

  • Manipulation of monetization systems.

If monetization privileges are revoked due to violations, unpaid earnings may be forfeited where permitted by law.

  • Influencers are responsible for reporting and paying applicable taxes on their earnings.

  • Clawz and Pawz may collect tax forms and withhold taxes when required by law.

  • Clawz and Pawz may modify the monetization program with reasonable notice to users.

  • Continued participation after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated rules.

  • Any disputes regarding revenue calculations or payments must be submitted within 60 days of the payment date.

  • Platform records will be considered authoritative unless proven otherwise.

For launch, many platforms also include a clause stating that the 80% share applies only to verified monetized creators and may vary for special promotional programs. This helps preserve flexibility as the business grows.
